Dizzy Land!!!
This is my very first post!!! I like it better when Erin posts because she is a very gifted writer but I’m going to fill in for today. I’m gonna get right down to it. Erin has taken on several new responsibilities at work, some of which are a cause for headache and grief…but she’s done very well. Scrap reduction team, green belt project, and a very needy husband have her very busy nowadays. She was cooking up a storm last night and made all sorts of dishes for our Disney trip including: pea salad, egg salad, some type of bean salad, and has every meal planned. Erin is the logistician for our “Disney Army” which currently consists of Erin, myself, Micah, and Betsey. Any other takers?

More food…including taters
My job is moving along, I graduated from API (Aviation Preflight Indoctrination) this past Wednesday and received a snazzy looking paper certificate with my name on it, and a firm congratulatory handshake from a Marine Corps Major. I’d have to say my favorite part of the whole 6 week course was the helo dunker. It was the most challenging and scary thing I did while I was there! Now I am in C-pool and am waiting to class up for Primary. C pool consists of daily 0830 musters…piece o’ cake.
The Snazzy Certificate
In other news, the truck brakes went kaput so most of the money from Erin’s car is going to getting that fixed, but the rest is going towards our vicious 25 lb watchdog…TITUS! We can’t wait to go pick him up…looks like it may be around the 28th of March.
Other than that we are currently packing and making final preparations for our trip. We ask that you keep us in your prayers for safe travel, and for Erin to forgive me when I take her on all those roller coasters with me. We will post pictures when we return.

Elyse & I volunteer for the Disney trip. Too bad we can’t make it down there in time!
Elyse says: Yes, we can get there in time! Except Mom won’t like the driving, fooey-dooey! I know, we can take a plane! Mom could fall asleep! I could throw up. So could Zachary. Loveyoubye!
Mom says: Can’t drive that far in that short of time. Besides, you wouldn’t have room for the three of us in your house – I don’t do floors. Have a safe trip – praying to that end.
For a first post, you did GREAT! Thanks for the update. We love getting the news since we can’t just stop in for the information. We think both of you are doing so well at your jobs. We are proud of both of you. Keep up the good work.
Loveyouboth!

Roller coasters, psh! You won’t get me on there while I’m still livin’!
Yay, Titus!
PS Good job with the post, you’re just as good at writing them as me!

I just have to say that I am SO impressed with you guys! The food preparation is AMAZING! It is such a good idea on so many levels to bring your own food: save money, easier on your digestive system when traveling, enable you to do more “fun” things with your money, better quality food, etc. Tobin – Congrats on graduating from API! I tell all your stories (Erin’s and Tobin’s) at my work. I like to keep my coworkers updated with my family’s events.

Congratulations, Tobin. We are very proud of both you. Thanks for the Disney invitation, but I’ll pass this time. Drive safely.
